Car Allowance)Are you an experienced HSEQ Manager wanting to take the lead in shaping strategy within a growing construction business?PT Renewables is partnered with a family-run and growing specialist construction business looking for a HSEQ Manager to implement modern practices in a growing construction business.This is a chance to step into a leadership role where your expertise will influence board-level decisions and make a real impact on company performance.Our client has plans to double their revenue in the next 3 years, so this is a fantastic opportunity to take their operation to the next level.The RoleAs HSEQ Manager, you’ll sit within the Leadership Team, providing insight and direction across Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Sustainability.You’ll ensure our client not only meets industry standards but stays ahead of them.This will suit someone who is a confident leader with proven HSEQ experience within the construction sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and coach the team to build accountability and capability.Chair monthly HSEQ department meetings.Oversee facilities management, accreditations, and all HSEQ certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001).Champion quality improvement initiatives across the business.Manage fire safety, drills, and compliance audits.Ensure supply chain HSEQ compliance and conduct necessary site visits.Track and report KPIs, including incidents, accidents, and LTI metrics.Essential:NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications (or equivalent)5+ years’ experience in the construction industryStrong leadership and coaching skillsMeticulous attention to detail and calm under pressureExperience managing teams in a similar environmentConstruction sector-specific qualificationsPackageSalary up to £65,000£6,000 car allowanceHybrid working in ManchesterBonus opportunities availablePension, private healthcare, EV car scheme and moreIf you’re ready to step into a strategic, high-impact role and help lead a business to operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably, this is your opportunity.
