As a Female Support Worker, you'll be more than just their support – you'll be a key part of someone's journey towards living their best life. Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
Building Relationships: Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
Supporting activities like holiday’s, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to enjoy what they love.
Who you will be Supporting?
The team supports up to five people, who have a variety of health conditions from acquired brain injury, stroke and other physical disabilities. You will be supporting people with all aspects of life from personal care, cooking, cleaning, and day to day supporting people to live the life they choose. There are some people who have behaviours of concern, but you will be surrounded by a supportive team and will have training to be confident in providing the right support.

We specialise in supporting people who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, who may also have sight loss.
