Position Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and creative PR and Influencer Marketing Manager, based in London and reporting to the International Director, Marketing and Communications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the spirits category and will have a keen understanding of how public relations, social media and influencer partnerships can drive market success. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly integrate PR, influencer marketing and social media strategies within broader marketing campaigns, while cultivating relationships with media, influencers and other external stakeholders in multiple markets.


This is a hybrid position, with three required in-office days and two remote working days per week.


Primary Responsibilities

·     Work with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to create and execute tailored PR and Influencer Marketing strategies specific to the UK and other markets, aimed at increasing brand awareness, product trial, and revenue across brand portfolio.

·     Identify, build, and manage relationships with key influencers, ensuring their alignment with brand values and messaging. Leverage these relationships to amplify brand presence across social media and digital platforms.

·     Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand identity.

·     Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of influencer relationships, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future opportunities.

·     Ensure consistent communication between marketing, sales, and other internal teams to maximize the reach of PR and influencer campaigns.

·     Build and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, and podcasters to proactively seek opportunities for media coverage.

·     Develop and execute strategies to seed products and stories to journalists within the wine/spirits, lifestyle, entertainment, business and trade media verticals.

·     Create and distribute high-quality press materials, including press releases, executive briefing documents, and key messaging points.

·     Provide clear and concise reporting on the success of PR and influencer activities, communicating the impact on brand performance to internal stakeholders and adjusting strategies as necessary.

·     Ensure all PR and influencer marketing activities maintain message consistency and align with global brand and communications strategies and business objectives.

·     Support the elevation of CEO through targeted speaking engagements, thought leadership opportunities, and media interviews.

·     Prepare the CEO and other senior leaders as required for media interviews, ensuring they are briefed in alignment with approved global messaging.

·     Activate the brand at high-profile events and celebrations, and identify guerilla marketing opportunities to boost brand visibility in the UK and other markets.

·     Identify and secure opportunities for strategic brand collaborations and partnerships within the UK and other markets.


Qualifications & Experience

·     5-7 years experience and proven results in PR, social media and influencer marketing across multiple markets or countries, with a substantial focus on spirits, consumer goods and/or lifestyle brands.

·     Track record of developing and executing multi-market campaigns, leveraging PR, social media and influencer engagement to achieve brand objectives.

·     Strong understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics in differing regions, with the ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences.

·     Deep interest in music, culture and trendspotting.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

·     Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·     Stellar written and verbal communication skills.

·     Entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and business acumen
