Job Summary

The company also has offices in Manchester and Southport besides Leeds. The Hybrid role gives the opportunity to work 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH. The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking legal team renowned for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Experience

Our client needs at least 2 year Litigation experience for this role in EL/PL in a PI environment.


Job Responsibilities

- Managing a diverse caseload of Employment Liability and Public Liability claims.

- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

- Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and case progression.

- Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required
