Job Description

A leading international law firm seeks a talented Intellectual Property lawyer to join its London team. Known for innovative legal solutions and outstanding client service, the firm handles high-stakes IP disputes and transactions across diverse industries, including technology, media, fashion, life sciences, and finance.


Role Summary

The role focuses on soft IP litigation, managing disputes related to trademarks, copyrights, designs, and trade secrets. There is also scope for involvement in transactional IP matters, including M&A, licensing, and project support. The position is ideal for a candidate with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), who is eager to work on challenging, high-profile cases alongside some of the top IP practitioners in the field.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years PQE in soft IP litigation and transactional IP matters.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and EU IP law.
  • Experience practising within a reputable IP team previously
  • Excellent academics, drafting skills, and commercial awareness.
