We’re looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer with a passion for creating stunning video ads for platforms like Meta and TikTok within the D2C & Ecommerce space (Jewellery, Apparel/Fashion, Fitness, Pet, Beauty, and Homeware ). 


This is a part time or freelance role for someone who thrives on producing engaging, social-first video ads that convert.


You’ll be collaborating closely with our Creative Strategist and a team of Media Buyers to create dynamic ad content that drives growth for our clients.

Our clients range from lifestyle brands in Jewellery, Apparel/Fashion, Fitness, Pet, Beauty, and Homeware .


Our focus is on Paid Social Advertising —with a strong emphasis on creative excellence. 


We believe creative design is as critical as strategy in paid advertising, and we’re looking to build a team that shares that vision.


About the Job


In this role, you’ll be expected to:


  • Edit and produce highly engaging ad creatives based on our briefs, our clients’ media libraries and current social media and DTC trends for Meta and TikTok
  • Ensure efficient digital file management and organization, including proper file naming and layer structure
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with team members and clients


About You


The ideal candidate:


  • Has a strong passion for video editing and wants to work with independent brands, taking pride in the direct impact of their work
  • Keeps up-to-date with paid social advertising trends and knows what resonates on Meta and TikTok
  • Has exceptional video editing skills with an eye for detail in typography, colour, motion, and composition
  • Is highly proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus)
  • Is organized and detail-oriented, managing files and timelines efficiently


Preferred Qualifications


  • In-depth understanding of the design, creative and social media/advertising space (e-commerce interest is a bonus) 
  • A risk-taker who’s open to trying new approaches to ad creatives


Portfolio Requirements


Please include a link to your portfolio, showcasing your video editing skills, particularly for Video Editing and Paid Social Advertising . We’re excited to see examples of ad content you’ve created for Meta and/or TikTok, and other relevant video editing projects.


Remote Work Requirements


  • Must be comfortable with remote work
  • Reliable internet connection capable of supporting video calls and large file transfers
  • We operate on UK office hours, and we’re open to discussing flexibility 
  • Fluency in English for communication with team members
  • Strong time management and self-discipline
