Part-Time HR Opportunity (2 Days per Week)


Robert Half is hiring a Head of HR for a fast-growing, FCA regulated investment research business in London. They are looking for someone to join them on a part-time basis and attend the office twice a week. Candidates outside of London will be considered, if travel to the London office is feasible and sustainable.


Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for flexibility in your next role? We’re seeking a Head of HR / HR Director with a strong generalist background to join an exciting, fast-growing FCA-regulated Financial Services business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work part-time (2 days per week) in a collaborative environment, with the potential to leave a lasting impact on the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee performance management, HR processes, policies, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Advise and collaborate with key stakeholders, offering commercial HR solutions that drive business success.
  • Shape and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Foster a positive and dynamic work culture as part of a growing team.


About You:

  • Circa 6-7 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • Experience in Financial Services (particularly investment/asset management is a bonus).
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence and assertiveness to influence and engage a range of stakeholders.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to provide strategic HR advice that supports business objectives.
