The Role:

  • Build and maintain robust systems and frameworks to support core functionality.
  • Manage and optimize the Azure and Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Write clean, scalable code using .NET C#.
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to embed quality into the development process.
  • Respond to infrastructure outages as part of the DevOps Team, including out-of-hours support.
  • Continuously contribute to the enhancement of the development processes and infrastructure.
  • Address and resolve security incidents, ensuring the security of our systems.

The Person:

  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and/or Azure Infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in C# development, including BDD and Unit testing using C# and MS Test/XUnit.
  • Solid experience with .NET, with a particular interest in infrastructure.
  • Full stack exposure, including web development (Razor), C# service tier, and SQL Server database development.
  • Experience in developing web applications and database testing (both relational and NoSQL).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Ability to think big picture while managing complex technical details.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with distributed software development and working in SaaS or multi-tenant solutions would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working across distributed teams would be desirable.
