Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a Charge Nurse to join them in Hilton Court. Located in the charming coastal town of Rosyth, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Our purpose-built care home provides high quality, home provides exceptional recovery focused, step down and rehabilitation nursing care to our clients aged 18-65 who are experiencing enduring mental health issues.Our mentorship programme and ongoing training will give you all the support you need to develop your skills and progress in your career whether that be a Deputy Manager or Registered Home Manager, the choice is yoursWhat we can offer you:Wagestream (access a portion of your earned income – every hour of every day)Hourly overtime rates availableGenerous annual leave entitlementSubsidised mealsFree uniformRefer a friend bonus scheme (up to £1000)Pension schemeCompany sick pay schemeInvestment in your ongoing professional development including additional clinical skills trainingYour role as a Meallmore Charge Nurse will include:Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practiceOversee and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.Develop and implement individualised and person-centred care plans based on residents' needs and preferences.Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or medical concerns.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.Promote a positive and supportive work environment.Qualifications and skills:At least two years Care Home experienceRelevant nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RNLD)Current registration with the NMCWell-developed clinical knowledgeThe ability to lead, motivate and inspire a teamProfessional confidence with a calm approach and the ability to set professional boundariesStrong communication skillsCollaborative approach to your workUnderstanding of regulatory frameworksSalary: £21.68 per hour + overtime rates + benefitsHours: 42 - 48 hours per week, nights**Please note that we do offer visa sponsorships, however we currently have no visa sponsorships available at this time**If you want to be part of our Meallmore family and this sounds like you, please click apply.Please note that all job offers are subject to satisfactory references and Disclosure Scotland Scheme Membership (PVG).INDNURSE
