Job Description

SDET - Mobile Applications
A leading tech company are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who specialises in mobile applications to drive the technical direction of testing for both iOS and Android products.
Responsibilities:

  • Build automation frameworks and tests specifically for mobile applications on iOS (using Swift) and Android (using Kotlin), ensuring reliability, stability, usability, and performance of product features.
  • Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code to support automated testing efforts.
  • Ensure that all features developed adhere to testing best practices and are thoroughly tested
  • Utilise Agile testing practices
  • Participate in root cause analysis and support live incident management

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in mobile application testing on both iOS and Android mobile applications
  • Experience in defining and maintaining automated tests for mobile applications
  • Strong coding experience in Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android
  • Strong problem solving experience
