Job Title: Learning Support Officer (SEN School)Location: Near CaerphillyHours: 08:30 - 15:30 (Part-time or Full-time)We’re looking for a patient and compassionate Learning Support Officer to join our team at a supportive SEN school near Caerphilly. Working closely with teachers, you’ll provide essential assistance to students with special educational needs, helping them grow and achieve in a safe, nurturing environment.What we're looking for: A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.Patience, compassion, and a positive approach to supporting students with diverse abilities and backgrounds.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Relevant experience working in an SEN environment is desirable, though not essential.A flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to the needs of each student and the school.Key Requirements: Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExperience in SEN settings is a plusEnahnced DBS on the Update Service (Teaching Personnel can help you obtain this)If you're ready to make a real difference, apply todayAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
