Job Title: Repairs Planner/Scheduler – Responsive RepairsLocation: SheppertonSalary: £28,000 + Benefits (Generous Holiday, Development Opportunities)Are you highly organized and proactive? We’re hiring a Repairs Planner/Scheduler to play a key role in coordinating social housing repairs in out Surrey office.Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Manage daily tasks for up to 20 operatives, maximizing efficiency.
  • Urgent Requests: Prioritize emergency calls for quick resolution.
  • Team Coordination: Assist with on-the-go changes and support site operations.
  • Client Service: Provide top-notch, professional client interactions.
  • Order Allocation: Help allocate at least 60 new repair orders daily.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in social housing repairs planning.
