Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor

Location: Peebles and Galashiels, Scotland

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of residential conveyancing transactions, from initial instruction to final completion.
  • Maintain direct and effective communication with clients, offering expert legal advice and updates throughout the process.
  • Legal Documentation drafting and in order.
  • Work closely with estate agents, lenders, and fellow solicitors to ensure transactions proceed smoothly.
  • Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with relevant Scottish laws and regulations.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with experience in Scots Law.
  • Proven track record in managing residential conveyancing cases is essential.
