We’re searching for an experienced Principal Designer to join a respected architectural and heritage consultancy in London. This role involves leading a design team on a variety of bespoke projects, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and taking an active role in growing the business.

Who We’re Looking For
We need a Principal Designer with around 10 years of CDM experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams and clients on Health and Safety risk management. CMIOSH membership and experience in the architectural or engineering sectors are key. This role suits someone who’s proactive, strategic, and skilled at managing projects and people.
