Elevate is seeking a Quality Analyst (skilled in Client Onboarding / Conflicts / CDD / AML KYC) for a 3-month interim or Permanent role for our customer, a leading Law Firm. The position is hybrid and requires 3 days onsite in Birmingham, Sheffield, or Manchester offices .


Essential

  • Detailed understanding of and CDD, AML and Conflict policies, controls, and procedures.
  • In depth technical knowledge, skills, and experience in CDD, AML and/or Conflicts ideally in a law firm, for both domestic and international individual and business clients.
  • A detailed understanding of the regulatory environment in which the firm operates for CDD, AML and Conflicts for both domestic and international individual and corporate clients.
  • Good written/oral communication skills required in relation to staff at all levels across the business.
  • Demonstrate experience of working autonomously and be able to make decisions within their sphere of responsibility.
  • Experience of preparing and delivering quality check feedback to one to one or larger groups.


Desirable

  • CDD/AML qualifications or experience using different learning methodologies,
  • Knowledge of AML software such as Smart Search, World Check, or other software providers.
