Job Description**Demand Planner – Global Beauty Company – London (flexible working)**We are currently recruiting for a global company which is known for its range of products and sold all around the world. As a company they sell to a range of accounts in grocery, retail, high street, ecommerce and internationally. Due to growth, they are looking for a Demand Planner to play a key role in an exciting part of their business.Responsibilities:Utilize your keen analytical skills and passion for numbers to forecast product demand accurately.Analysing historical data, market trends, and promotional activities to develop forecasts that drive inventory planning and production schedulingProvide reports that will be instrumental in guiding strategic decision-makingWork closely with various departments such as Supply Planning, Sales, and Commercial Planning to align demand plans with business objectivesActively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance demand planning processes and systems.Be responsible for the reconciliation of the demand plan to sales budgets via the monthly S&OP process.Candidate:1+ years of experience in demand planningStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong mathematical and forecasting mindsetUnderstanding of S&OP processStrong communication and presentation skillsConcisely presents complex information/recommendations in terms meaningful to various audiencesPackage:Basic salary up to £40,000Bonus 5%25 days holiday + bank holidaysFlexible working; 2 days a week working from homePensionDiscount allowanceLaptop & PhoneThis is a great chance to join a market leading company who can offer huge career potential in a vibrant team and very well-respected company.
