About the Role
Responsibilities
  • Be a founding member of our growing team Help to shape the future success and direction of the company.
  • Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure capable of processing high volumes of real-time AI interviews, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
  • Develop and maintain backend integrations with HR flows to provide reliable, real-time data support for AI outputs.
  • Experiment with and evaluate the latest AI models and tools to improve functionality, increase response rates, and drive innovation for both product and client success.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify requirements, ensuring that Faang AI agents are solving their pain points and streamlining their recruitment workflows.
  • Take ownership of substantial parts of the product and engineering tasks, embodying a strong sense of accountability to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Collaborate directly with founders to shape technical vision and contribute to a high-impact, supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly Large Language Models.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, transformers, TRL, alignment-handbook, MergeKit, sagemaker, eval-harness, mlflow.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of deep learning architectures, including transformers and attention mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and applications.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
  • Prior experience in a Product-focused role, working closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies like React, Typescript, Go
