Job DescriptionRegistered Home Manager - Residential Children's HomeSalary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus SchemeAn exciting opportunity has opened up for a Registered Home Manager in a newly established residential children's home in Spalding. Our client, a respected provider of residential care for children with a range of need from learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), to challenging behaviours, is looking for a committed leader to develop a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.This role offers a unique chance to build and manage a home that truly centres on the growth and well-being of its residents, with a strong emphasis on therapeutic, individualized care.
