As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive the development and execution of a bold, data-driven marketing approach that increases brand visibility, deepens customer engagement, and supports the company’s growth goals across its operational areas.


In this transformative role, you will lead the restructuring and expansion of the marketing team, identifying skill gaps, and fostering a collaborative, agile environment where team members are encouraged to think creatively and take initiative on high-impact projects. Your expertise will guide the team in shaping a compelling brand identity and messaging strategy that resonates across digital, social media, content, PR, and physical channels in the region, setting the company apart from its competitors and establishing a unique market presence.


A customer-focused approach will be central to your strategy. Managing a significant budget, and leveraging insights, you will develop targeted messaging that speaks to a diverse customer base across both B2C and B2B segments, ensuring customer experience and satisfaction are woven into every initiative. You will also champion the use of analytics and KPIs, continuously measuring, optimising, and innovating to ensure a robust return on investment and sustained marketing success.


The requirement is for a collaborative senior marketer, who has led and built marketing teams in a growth environment, with experience in brand, customer acquisition, CRM, as well as online and offline communications channels. You are a strategic and creative marketing leader with a proven track record of building successful teams in consumer focussed businesses and driving growth through multi-channel initiatives.
