We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within our expanding B2B business. The ideal candidate will process strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires effective communication and the ability to motivate and develop team members while ensuring that sales targets are met.


An established ecommerce business with 18 years’ experience in business to consumer sales of aftermarket protective covers for the automotive sector. We are the market leader in our sector for B2C sales and are looking to establish ourselves in the B2B marketplace. Our biggest range of protective covers being tailored waterproof seat covers for commercial vehicles.


We are seeking an individual who will offer our 34 cover ranges to potential resellers and business customers, the individual would be the point of contact for all business customers and will be responsible for the sign-up process of the accounts of resellers/business customers and will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with each account holder. An individual who has experience in the automotive industry would be preferred but not essential.


The successful candidate would be office based which could then lead to visiting potential new and existing clients all over the UK.


Job responsibilities


·        Managing an expanding team

·        Reporting to Operations Manager with reports on sales, growth and new clients.

·        Signing up new clients to account

·        Aftercare of all the B2B client database

·        Update spreadsheets of new product lines and advise all clients of new product lines

·        Answering telephone calls/emails from new/existing clients

·        Market Research

·        Cold calling potential new clients

·        Experience


Proven experience in sales

·        Demonstrate leadership capabilities

·        Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

·        Excellent communication stills, written and verbally.
