As an AWS Cloud Security Engineer , you’ll be hands-on in securing our AWS environments. You’ll manage AWS security tools, conduct security assessments, and remediate vulnerabilities. You’ll work closely with the Security and Privacy team to drive AWS cloud security initiatives.

Maintain AWS security tools and platforms.
Implement secure AWS infrastructure for monitoring, networking, and data storage.
Enhance AWS security for monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Monitor AWS infrastructure to resolve security issues.
Collaborate with teams on AWS security solutions.
Ensure AWS compliance with standards (CIS AWS Foundations, ISO27000, SOC2, NIST).
Refine security processes and metrics.
Support infrastructure as code and disaster recovery testing.
Use DevSecOps for automated security practices.

Strong AWS security knowledge (IAM, VPC, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Config).
Hands-on experience with AWS security logging, monitoring, and incident response.
Proven expertise in AWS-specific security threat management.
Advanced Linux/Windows sysadmin skills on AWS.
Knowledge of AWS Git workflows and CI/CD for deployment.
Familiarity with security frameworks (Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK).
Proficiency with Terraform and CloudFormation for AWS security.
Experience with AWS ECS, EKS, Fargate for container security.
AWS Certifications: AWS Certified Security – Specialty (required), AWS Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional (preferred).
Experience with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code tools in AWS.
Knowledge of financial services and relevant security threats.
Additional security certifications (OSCP, GCLD, GCSA) are a plus.
