We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead Soha Response, a newly created in-house contractor business delivering repairs and maintenance services to our customers.

About the Role

The overall purpose of the role is to lead the development, delivery, and ongoing provision of an innovative and effective in-house contractor team, delivering a high standard of service to Soha residents.

You will be responsible for all areas of management in running the day-to-day business, managing challenging KPIs, and reporting to the subsidiary and main boards.

Requirements

We are looking for a proven leader with a track record in successfully leading a commercial repairs and maintenance service. You should have a sound understanding of the built environment and a background in reactive, planned, statutory, and non-statutory preventative maintenance programmes.

A good understanding of current compliance and regulatory requirements within social housing is also essential, as is significant proven performance in senior related roles.
