Job Overview:

At Kraft Heinz, we believe that creativity and cultural relevance are the keys to building lasting

brand love. The Kitchen, our in-house social media and culture creative agency, is looking for a

highly skilled and culturally attuned Content Creator to partner with our Social Media Manager in

forming a modern-day creative duo. Together, you’ll be responsible for crafting both planned and reactive content that keeps our iconic brands at the forefront of culture and social media.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media, thrives on creating thumb-stopping content, and can spot cultural trends in real time. You’ll be hands-on in developing content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and more—working with the Social Media Manager to bring bold, innovative ideas to life. Whether it’s creating buzzworthy posts for a campaign launch or reacting quickly to a cultural moment, you’ll help ensure that Kraft Heinz brands are always part of the conversation.


Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Partner with the Social Media Manager to create compelling, on-brand

content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). You’ll be

responsible for crafting memes, videos, GIFs, and other engaging formats that speak to our

audiences and align with our brand goals.

- Reactive Content: Stay plugged into real-time trends, memes, and cultural moments. Be

ready to jump on social conversations and craft reactive content that’s timely, witty, and on-

point with brand messaging, ensuring our brands stay culturally relevant.

- Planned Content: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop a content

calendar that aligns with brand strategies and campaign launches. Create content that

drives engagement and amplifies our brands’ presence within the cultural landscape.

- Cultural Trendspotting: Keep your finger on the pulse of culture, from emerging social

media trends to viral content. Proactively suggest ways our brands can tap into cultural

moments and become part of trending conversations.

- Visual Storytelling: Use your creative eye to design and develop visually engaging content,

ensuring a consistent look and feel across all platforms. Whether it’s short-form videos,

motion graphics, or still imagery, your work will elevate the way our brands are perceived

online.

- Collaborative Brainstorming: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the Social

Media Manager and creative teams. Contribute fresh ideas that push creative boundaries

and keep our brands top of mind for consumers.


- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other teams across the agency, including

strategy, design, and production, to ensure content aligns with overall brand goals and

campaign objectives.

- Brand Voice & Tone: Maintain and elevate the brand voice across all content. Ensure that

messaging and tone are consistent, authentic, and resonate with our target audiences.


Qualifications:


- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role

within an agency, in-house team or for your own channels.

- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging, on-trend content across

various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.

- Experience with video production and editing, especially for short-form, mobile-first

platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

- Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Premiere Pro, After Effects), mobile editing apps like CapCut or InShot and Gen AI tools.

- A deep understanding of social media platforms, their formats, and best practices for

crafting content that drives engagement and growth.

- Passion for culture, trends, and social media, with a keen ability to spot cultural moments

and react quickly.

- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate brand messages into visually

Social Media Manager and other team members to bring ideas to life.

- A highly creative mindset, with a drive to experiment and innovate while remaining aligned

with brand objectives.
