Job Description

CK Group are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor, to join a global healthcare company in the pharmaceutical industry, on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

£17.75 - £29.84 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role:

Deliver a high-quality, evidence-based, customer-focused, and consistent Occupational Health service across UK sites to meet business needs.

Lead strategic and operational matters, making key decisions for the UK function and global engagement as required.

Accountable for all UK Occupational Health policies and processes.

Responsible for clinical service delivery, management of the OH team across the UK.

Ensure Quality and Governance within UK Occupational Health Services at the company. Maintain accreditation with the Faculty of Occupational Medicine's SEQOHS standard.

Provide meaningful data and metrics to site stakeholders and business partners, quarterly.

Your Background:

  • Registered Nurse, NMC, Part 3.
  • Postgraduate Occupational Health qualification.
  • MSc/BSc in Occupational Health +/- safety management or related health studies.
  • Relevant clinical and management expertise for leading staff and assessing business health needs.
  • Previous management experience essential.
  • Coaching and staff supervisory experience.
  • Customer interface skills, including training/presenting health data.
  • Audit skills for clinical performance and service delivery.
  • Leadership accountability for managing teams to deliver innovation, performance, and trust.
  • Strategic lead providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Effective communication, engagement, influence, and relationship-building with stakeholders.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Strong IT knowledge with ability to adapt to innovative technology.

Location:

This role is based at our client's site but can be located in Stevenage, Ware, Worthing, Barnard Castle, or Montrose.
