TechOhana have partnered with a brand new End User who operate in the Telco space that have embarked on a brand new Salesforce Project & need a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the program.

The company, are an SME- who are committed to their Salesforce investment & plan on having Salesforce as the key part of business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored for the telecommunications sector.
  • Lead architectural design sessions, guiding the team on best practices for Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) to enhance customer lifecycle management.
  • Integrate Salesforce with critical telco systems such as billing, CRM, and order management systems, using APIs and tools like Mulesoft.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver innovative, customized Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in accordance with industry standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a strong focus on the telecommunications industry.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
  • Proficiency in API integration, middleware solutions, and data migration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
