Main responsibilities:

Project Leader

  • Leading dedicated artworkers in crafting compelling visual elements and retail projects.
  • Managing your own client and brand portfolio, ensuring the rapid delivery of POSM artworks for secured retail promotional space.


Brand, project and artwork management

Motivating and confident leader Excellence Ambassador

  • Leading example in the execution process, contributing to the birth of inspiring design layouts.
  • Your understanding and ability to adapt retailer restrictions and brand priorities will be the ‘blueprint’ to our POS print.
  • Quality control and gate keeper to our impeccable reputation.
  • Advanced knowledge in pre-print preparation and limitations
  • Advanced knowledge in POS application and construction


Project Management

  • Expertly executing numerous projects from initial client briefing through to pre-print supplier delivery.
  • Setting the rhythm with time lines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and quality control. Schedule and workload control with forward planning
  • Consistent quoting, time keeping and cost management
  • Performance reporting including SLAs and KPIs
