The successful candidate will have day to day management of group of locations, to include task and people management, budget control, service delivery and customer satisfaction.Key TasksManaging local client and CBRE budgets and report any out-of-line situationsControl and manage service charge accounts where appropriate, providing monthly report data to Account ManagerEnsure Client satisfaction by being responsible for achieving client SLR and driving acceptable service delivery performanceStrong lines of communication to user population on all BAU activityEnsuring compliance with legislative, Client and CBRE health, Safety and environmental requirements. Sharing of best practiceWork with local/central/third party project manager(s) to ensure fully integrated FM/projects deliveryMaintain a motivated team by management and personal development of all local based staffOrganising monthly team meetingsPerformance ManagementProvision of strong upward and downward communications within the teamOverall operational management within designated site area. Reception, Security & Specialist SubcontractorsEducation

  • Member of IWFM or another FM professional body. Ideally educated to Degree level
