Manage the entire sales process from qualification to close while achieving against quota. Manage a team of AE’s/ BDRs and analyze monthly performance against KPIs, feeding into quarterly and yearly sales reviews and strategy. Attend trade shows and events, and travel nationally/internationally to meet with prospects and clients. Develop go-to-market strategies for key target markets in your region. Work cross-functionally with marketing and partnerships to raise brand awareness and identify new growth opportunities. Report and present performance metrics internally and to management on a regular cadence. Qualifications and Skills Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota. 3+ years of managing the sales cycle from qualification to close. 2+ years of managing a team of AE’s/ BDRs consistently meeting KPIs. 2+ years of retail experience – POS, OMS, E-Commerce, Payments, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
