Corporate Finance Director

Would you like to work within a fast growing, entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Advisory firm and Investment House, going through an exciting journey of expansion?

Our client is a medium sized Corporate Finance House and Investment firm, that is seeing an incredible period of growth.They are now looking for a bright and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Director or experienced Associate Director to assist in this growth.


They are looking for dynamic Chartered Accountants (most likely but not essential) with a number of years post qualified experience in a deals environment, a developed network and demonstrable track record who are looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance in Birmingham. You will play a key role leading teams with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice.


The Corporate Finance Director may also get involved in the Investment arm within the firm with work such as assessing business plans and potential investment opportunities and preparing investment committee proposals through to sitting on the board of portfolio companies. This makes it a very different and exciting opportunity in the Midlands market.


The successful candidates will have an exceptional academic background, will have trained ACA (most probably) within a large firm and will have a proven track record of working in Corporate Finance or investing or another Deals environment. Coming into a smaller organisation individuals will show an entrepreneurial flare with the ability and desire to be active in the market and be proven work winners, particularly the more senior you are.
