  • Trainee Recruitment Consultant
  • Vauxhall, London
  • Starting from £25,000 base (increasing DoE) plus commission
  • 4 days in the office, 1 from home

The Company

Established in 2016 and based in Vauxhall, London, my client is a leading Technology Recruitment firm that recruits top-class talent for IT, FinTech, SaaS, and Technology-based businesses globally. This exceptional entry-level role will recruit best-in-class C-Suite Executives and Go-to-Market Executives across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Engineering, and Back-Office teams for highly ambitious clients.


Earning Potential:

  • A starting £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission
  • OTE £40-50,000 in year 1, rising to over 6 figures in year 3
  • Average fees well above industry standard = £££


Progression & Role

  • Great career progression with quick financial gains, and a warm desk to deliver from DAY ONE
  • Progression from Delivery to Consultant, Senior, Principal, Team Lead, Manager, and Director - all based on performance and competence
  • You will join as a Delivery Consultant, partnering with the Co-Founder to help build SaaS GTM teams (sales and technology positions), and will soon progress into a full 360-Consultant, allowing you to develop your own new business and earn greater commission

  • 2:1 or above university degree from a top university
  • Work experience throughout university (sales, hospitality, retail, supermarket, etc)
