Good afternoon,Are you passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities? Are you compassionate, and dedicated to making a positive impact? This might be the role for you.Provide Education are working closely with a primary school in Rotherham (S65) to find a fantastic SEND HLTA to join their team on a long term basis.About the role:

  • It’s in a school which is part of a well established, multi-academy trust
  • It’s a full time role, working in KS2
  • You would be working 1:1 with a SEND pupil in the morning (between 8:30 and 10:30)
  • Supporting SEND pupils throughout the school
  • You would have the opportunity to plan and deliver your own small intervention sessions
  • It would be for 5 days a week (full time)
To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Be qualified as a HLTA/Level 4 + relevant qualification (essential)
  • Be available 5 days a week (essential)
  • Have experience working with SEND pupils/ in SEND roles (essential)
  • Have experience working with pupils with EHCP’s
  • Have strong behaviour management skills (essential)
  • Be committed to a long term role which could lead to permanent opportunities
