Job Title: Employee Benefits Consultant - Group Risk & Healthcare (Remote)

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus (OTE £100,000)

About the Role

GTS Finance is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the wealth management sector, for a skilled Employee Benefits Consultant. In this role, you’ll specialise in Group Risk and Healthcare benefits, working with corporate clients to design, implement, and manage tailored benefits packages that enhance employee wellbeing and support organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to develop bespoke Group Risk and Healthcare solutions that align with their objectives and meet employee needs
  • Oversee end-to-end client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and quality service
  • Conduct detailed market research to recommend competitive and cost-effective benefits plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and expand services through consultative upselling
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends, advising clients on compliance and best practices

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant, with specific knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise clients at all levels
  • Results-focused, with a history of achieving and surpassing targets
  • Proficient in regulatory compliance and well-versed in the latest industry trends
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and able to thrive in a remote working environment
