(Hybrid working with 3 days/week office and 2 days/home)

As the Shopper Marketing Executive in a small but highly-visible team, you will support the development of best-in-class activation strategies within customer environments. Your creativity and analytical skills will play a vital role in enhancing brand visibility and influencing purchasing behaviour at the point of sale. The brand has a significant retail presence and a place in millions of kitchen cupboards across the UK.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in creating impactful shopper activation plans to drive engagement in-store for major grocery accounts.
  • Managing smaller retailer accounts and channels, including Convenience and the Ireland business.Working with customers and delivering evaluations and reporting for each account.
  • Overseeing temporary and permanent POS and display equipment to empower Field Sales teams and enhance brand presence in-store.
  • Collaborating on strategic projects aimed at driving in-store activation and standout for the brand.
  • Supporting the team with admin and budget management, including tracking and reporting.
  • Actively participating in sales, marketing forums, trade shows, and sampling events as needed.
  • Engaging with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery while aligning closely with key account stakeholders.

  • Robust shopper, customer, trade or brand marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment, ideally with experience in eCommerce shopper campaigns too
  • Understanding of the full shopper Journey touchpoints.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement
  • Confident and capable of operating at all levels – a good team player
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • A proactive learner with the ability to build relationships and promote a shopper-first approach across the business.
