About the Role: As a Lead Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to managing implementation and client relationships. You’ll work on large-scale projects that vary in scope and complexity, leveraging your Salesforce expertise to provide business-critical solutions. You’ll lead workshops, document requirements, and guide projects to completion, ensuring the highest technical standards.

Lead Salesforce Consultant/ Functional Consultant

Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions with robust configuration and customization
Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while leading a project team
Develop and maintain Salesforce technical knowledge, including process builders, validation rules, and custom objects

Proven success in delivering Salesforce projects in client-facing environments
ADM201 certification and two or more Salesforce Cloud certifications (Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing, Communities, or Field Service)
Strong analytical skills and experience in configuration, estimation, and technical governance
Experience with managing multiple projects and mentoring junior team members
