Senior Business Analyst – Lead Impactful Change in Financial Services


Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for turning complex business needs into actionable solutions? We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our IT investments and implementing innovative solutions aligned with current goals. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, shaping business cases and translating requirements into meaningful results.

This hybrid position allows you to work both from home and in the office (2 days in-office, 3 remote), giving you the flexibility to balance your workflow effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges, analyze solutions, and drive initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
  • Requirements Gathering: Capture and refine requirements into epics and user stories, coordinating with development teams to translate them into actionable steps.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and recommend efficiency improvements, leading initiatives that enhance our processes and systems.
  • Project Coordination: Work with third-party suppliers to synchronize efforts and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
  • Mentorship: Guide and coach junior business analysts, fostering growth and development within the team.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Expertise: Strong proficiency in requirements definition, documentation, and familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Confident communicator able to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft applications and SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong prioritization skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Additional Assets: A BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is a plus.
