Company Description
Office Freedom is a UK-based brokerage established 31 years ago by Richard Smith, who remains our CEO. He has spent the last 31 years aggregating a platform centralising all serviced offices in the UK and globally. In effect, this means that we can serve any requirement in any given country as long as there’s stock available.
We act as the middleman between the tenant (client) and the landlord (partner) in which we scan the market and present the client with the best options fitting their requirement. Then we arrange viewings for them and finally negotiate directly on their behalf with the landlord to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.
We are present in more than 100 countries with more than 20,000 properties, though only with offices in the UK and the US (our second largest revenue-driven market).
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible generating new business for the company. Office Freedom has an extensive database of clients as well as subscriptions to many data platforms. The role will be a combination of warm and colder generation. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize. It also requires someone with good data skills and organisation.
