Location: Manchester - 3 days a week

Salary : Base Up to £120,000 - Total package Circa £170,000

Are you ready to make an impact on a global scale? We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to play a pivotal role in transforming our IT landscape. As the Product Owner for the ServiceNow platform, you will guide interfaces and integrations across Virtual Agents, Portals, Mobile Apps, and more. This role isn’t just about maintaining the platform—it’s about leading the integration strategy with Integration Hub and driving standards across DevOps teams. You’ll be at the forefront of technical success, providing consultative leadership, strategic direction, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Ownership and Architecture : Lead solution designs and provide architectural expertise within enterprise transformation initiatives to align ServiceNow with broader organizational objectives.
  • Technical Debt Management : Oversee the management of technical debt, working closely with ServiceNow to ensure a sustainable, scalable platform.
  • Governance and Compliance : Define and implement governance processes to ensure compliance with security standards, internal policies, and best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Transformation Experience : Demonstrated experience in driving large-scale technology transformations.
  • ServiceNow Expertise : Strong background in ServiceNow platform management, data modelling, and configuration. Relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist, are highly desirable.
  • Data Governance & Management : Deep understanding of data management principles, modelling techniques, and data governance practices, including ETL and data integration.
  • Problem Solving & Agile Mindset : Skilled in analysing complex data requirements, addressing gaps, and creating effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Architectural Knowledge : Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF and IT4IT, with ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certifications preferred.
