Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. We are looking for a Service Maintenance Estimator to join our existing team of Active/Passive Estimators. As a Service Maintenance Estimator , you will be responsible for preparing accurate client quotations based on a contracted schedule of rates. Your role involves providing detailed costings for maintenance works and potential projects. You will generate quotations using information from engineers' reports and, where necessary, liaise with suppliers and contractors for additional quotes to complete the required works.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and evaluate quotations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Interpret engineers' requests and specifications to generate precise costings.
  • Prepare quotations for service contracts and small works, expanding responsibilities as expertise develops.
  • Communicate with team members and departments to gather correct specifications and pricing information.
  • Meet strict deadlines in line with customer KPIs.


The successful candidate will:

  • Technical knowledge within the fire industry – preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook Etc.)
  • Good communication, calculation & literacy skills
  • Good time management and ability to cope with pressure and manage own workload and work to deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn, act with integrity and work as a team player.
