Plus Render offers photorealistic rendering services for architecture and real estate, delivering high-precision, realistic 3D virtual tours. This 3D virtual tour platform allows our clients to accelerate sales. Bringing a huge opportunity to find new clients to benefit from this tool. We need you to give visibility to our new tool; you'll see the potential when we share with you some projects recently completed. There is a HUGE opportunity to make money here.
Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Salesperson at Plus Render. The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals. We will be the main figures in the sales meetings doing the product demo, under your guidelines and supervision.
Scope of Work
As our Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating, analyzing, and leading cold email campaigns and cold calling strategies.
- Booking meetings with leads through cold calling.
- Attending and leading sales calls to close deals.
- Optimizing and managing our CRM system for efficiency.
- Preparing call presentations and contracts.
- Maintaining an updated portfolio of case studies to showcase our work.
- Organizing and refining the sales process for better performance.
- Conducting timely and effective follow-ups to nurture client relationships.
What We Offer
- Base Fee + variable commission

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold outreach
- Experience in Email marketing and Cold calling.
- Experience in CRM Management
- High level of English.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in Real Estate market is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a knack for building strong client relationships.
- Proactive and organized, with a talent for streamlining sales processes.
