Lead Accelerator Programme Manager

DOHE is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Go-Together EdTech Accelerator, a 24-week programme designed to support innovative startups in the EdTech space. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the accelerator, guiding the efforts of Project Managers in different countries. Your goal will be to deliver an effective programme that helps accelerate 200 startups in 2025 and contributes to DOHE's long-term mission of transforming education through technology.

The Go-Together EdTech Accelerator:

Go-Together is a 24-week programme designed to assist EdTech startups by offering 4 weeks of diagnosis followed by 20 weeks of coaching. Each startup will receive personalised coaching from experienced coaches, aiming to define and achieve key objectives based on their business mission and capabilities. Our goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem of EdTech innovators, ensuring startups have the resources and support needed to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful execution of the 24-week Go-Together EdTech Accelerator, working alongside Project Managers in different countries.
  • Manage a comprehensive programme lifecycle, including planning, selection, diagnosis, and acceleration phases.
  • Select and manage coaches from DOHE's expert pool, fostering collaboration to support startup growth.
  • Work closely with coaches and experts to help startups define and achieve key objectives throughout the acceleration period.
  • Use and contribute to the DOHE Navigator, a bespoke data insights methodology for guiding start-ups towards their goals and continuously improving the accelerator process.
  • Align activities with the EdTech Hub team to cultivate a thriving, interconnected ecosystem for all participating start-ups.
  • Lead the ongoing evaluation of the Go-Together programme to ensure its impact and effectiveness.

Experience:

  • Proven experience managing start-up accelerator programmes, preferably in the EdTech or technology space.
  • Strong project management skills, including resource allocation, performance tracking and budget management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to foster a supportive and innovative environment for both Project Managers and start-up participants.
  • Strategic insight into various stages of start-up growth, with experience advising and accelerating start-ups.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or consulting start-ups would be highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial experience with a track record of success.
  • Well-connected within the start-up ecosystem, with an extensive network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and stakeholder engagement.

About Us:

DOHE is on a journey to transform education by leveraging technology responsibly to improve educational quality and foster societal progress. Through our accelerator, we support EdTech startups in realising their visions, helping them grow, engage with their audience, and establish impactful operations. Over the next decade, we aim to accelerate over 5,000 startups worldwide.
