Turnover Coordinator

Job title: Turnover CoordinatorSRG are recruiting for a Turnover Coordinator for a long term contract (12 months with likeliness of extension) for our Biopharmaceutical manufacturing client in Stein, Switzerland.About the Job: Aa a Turnover Coordinator, you will work as the main point of contact for pre-commissioning, turnover work, and all mechanical completion activities. You will be the coordinator communicating work between CQV, Engineering, and Construction contractors.DutiesManagement and direction of Mechanical Completions Walkdowns, including capture of punch itemsAssists in the development of the turnover process including roles and responsibilities, workflows and interfacesSupports in the coordination of the turnover scope with Engineering, Construction and CQVPreparation and support of system boundaries for process and non-process systemsPunchlist ManagementPreparation of Construction Turnover Packages (CTOP)Processing and preparation of mechanical completion certificatesReceipt and processing of construction dossiers from contractorsMinimum requirements: Must have GMP Pharmaceutical experienceMust have the right to work in EuropeMust be willing to work on site in SwitzerlandMust have previous Turnover / CQV experienceEnglish speaking bare minimumDesirables: German speaking highly desirableExperience with DeltaV or other controls systemsExperience preparing design qualification protocolsFamiliarity with VTOP / CTOP, Punchlists, CADExperience with CIP, Buffers, Mixers, Skids, HVAC & other clean utilities, FAT/SAT participationExperience with vendor supervision on their testing scope and quality.Experience with COMOS/KNEAT platformsGerman language knowledge advantageousPlease apply or contact me directly onCarbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
