The role:


Opportunity for an Employment Associate 3+ years PQE with a proven track record in this area of law to join an industry-leading team in Bristol.


In this role, you will handle critical issues including dismissals, terminations, discrimination claims, tribunal representation, redundancies, and restructuring. You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from innovative start-ups to large national corporations, all of whom value the team's exceptional expertise.


Your responsibilities will include supporting corporate employer clients while also acting for senior executives, professional sports players, managers, trade unions, and claimants in high-value disputes. Expect a mix of complex contentious work and general advisory tasks, allowing you to gain expertise on technically and strategically challenging matters.
