Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Oracle Package Specialist you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Oracle Package Specialist is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology
Configure and test applications to to check that it meets business requirements
Work under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems
Provide technical expertise in Payroll
Work on L2 and L3 incidents and report progress
Update systems with progress on incidents
Work with third parties to resolve incidents
Update config management and knowledge management databases
Support path to live release management and deployment
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Able to configure and Support Oracle HCM Cloud Application Modules as per business requirements.
The role also demands supporting implementation and provides production support of PeopleSoft Enterprise HR modules like Core HR, Recruiting Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time and Labor, Payroll.
Uses business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. It also demands application personalization and testing.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience in PaaS and SaaS HCM applications.
  • Module experience in - Core; Absence; Performance; Case Work; Learning and Development; Oracle Recruitment; Project Resource Deployment; Strategic Workforce Planning; Oda and Journeys.
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of managing inbound and outbound integrations from and to HCM.
  • Knowledge of integration of HCM HR and Payroll functionality.
  • Knowledge Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Knowledge of HCM security requirements and application
