Sustainability Analyst

Location: London

Type: Full-time

Hybrid (Visits to Winchester occasionally)

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Sustainability Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability, human rights, and gender equality. You will engage in various tasks that support the company’s mission and operations, contributing to meaningful projects that make a real impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse supply chains, focusing on labour conditions, material sourcing, and sustainability.
  • Research and recommend ethical sourcing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Support supplier audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to international labour and environmental standards.
  • Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Stay informed about evolving industry regulations, certifications, and best practices.


What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant office-based experience (internships count).
  • Genuine passion for ethical labour practices and environmental sustainability.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A professional, client-facing demeanour and exceptional multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
