In your new role as our Production Team Leader, you will play a vital role overseeing and supporting a smooth and efficient production process within our Nottingham bakery. To truly excel in this role you will be proactive and engaging, collaboration and an eye for detail will come naturally to you. Your focus will be on leading and coaching the production team whilst ensuring adherence to company and legal standards including safety, hygiene, quality, and delivery, supporting our production lines and stepping in to support our Front Line Managers in our drive for continuous improvement.
