Job Description

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join the IP & Commercial team of a renowned UK firm in London. The team specialises in all aspects of IP, with an emphasis on global brand protection, exploitation, and technology transfers, as well as broad-based commercial IP issues. The team also advises on IT contracts and e-commerce, including software development and licensing deals in fintech and other sectors. Additionally, the team’s work includes data protection compliance advice and documentation for UK and global organisations.


Experience required:

  • Qualified in England and Wales
  • Have between 2-5 years PQE
  • Have gained IP and Commercial litigation experience with a large regional or national practice.
  • Strong academics.
  • Ability to give practical, clear advice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
