Job Description

Construction Legal Director – 10+pqe - London


Our client is a leading data center business constructing and operating data centres across Europe.


This amazing and dedicated team have grown to the extent they now seek a Legal Director with at least 10 years’ experience in the Construction and Development sector and preferably 2+ years’ experience in a data centre or related industry, ideally in-house or on secondment.

If you have knowledge of emerging data centre-related regulations and have experience working across multiple jurisdictions, this would be helpful also.


As Construction Legal Director you will be the key negotiator for all development and leasing projects, procurement contracts, lease negotiations, and any legal disputes. You will lead all contract negotiations with contractors, suppliers and service providers. You will ensure compliance of change management processes and procedures. The leadership team and investors will work closely with you and seek your advice on all legal, risk and compliance matters. You will manage external counsel and report to the CLO.
