LETTINGS COORDINATOR An exciting permanent opportunity to join a top tier, industry leading property development organisation as a Lettings CoordinatorLETTINGS COORDINATOR RESPOSNSIBILITES: Preparing accurate property listings, uploading to relevant portals, and organising virtual or in-person viewingsProcessing tenant applications, conducting reference checks, verifying employment and rental histories, and ensuring all documentation is completed correctlyPreparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all legal documents comply with relevant regulationsOverseeing the move-in process, providing tenants with necessary information, keys, and property access; coordinating inventories and ensuring the property is ready for occupationActing as a key point of contact for tenants, addressing queries, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy periodAddressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by tenants or landlords promptly and professionallyEnsuring all lettings comply with current legislation, including tenant deposit schemes, gas safety, EPCs, and relevant housing lawsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and correspondence with tenants and landlordsEnsuring properties meet health and safety standards by overseeing gas safety checks, electrical inspections, and other statutory requirementsKeeping the property management system updated with information on properties, tenants, and landlordsAssisting with rent collection, ensuring timely processing of payments, and following up with tenants on missed paymentsPerforming general office duties, including handling calls, emails, and other correspondence related to lettingsLETTINGS COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a lettings or property management roleProactive and self-motivatedExceptional written and verbal abilities, enabling effective interaction with tenants, landlords, and colleaguesStrong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlinesKeen eye for detail, especially in preparing documentation and ensuring processes are followed accuratelyProactive and solution-focused approach to addressing tenant or property issuesLETTINGS COORDINATOR BENEFITS: Pension: 5% employer contribution with 3% employee contributionLife Assurance: 4x salaryIncome Protection for long-term sicknessPrivate Medical Insurance with BupaDental CoverParking available at selected sites for onsite staff membersWellbeing Support: Employee assistance programme with 24/7 helpline, one-to-one counselling, legal and financial adviceCycle to Work SchemeTravel Season Ticket LoanDiscount SchemesIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
