A family-owned company with a strong sustainability ethos, they are committed to blending forward-thinking values with a rich heritage of excellence.The RoleAs a Change and Training Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Global Change & Communications Lead to support the successful roll-out and adoption of a new Services Procurement (SP) solution across the business. This is a highly impactful role with exposure to key stakeholders and a chance to drive change across a global organisation.Key Responsibilities: *Change Impact Analysis: Assist in analysing the impact of change to shape core messaging.*Audience Definition: Identify key audiences, including sponsors, multi-functional stakeholders, and impacted users.*Communications Planning: Help define messaging and plan communication strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels.*Content Creation: Write clear, concise communications for distribution via meetings, cascades, and mass emails.*Training Development: Create engaging training materials for users, utilising our innovative Avatar-based presentation tool, Synthesia.*Training Delivery: Develop and manage training plans and sessions, collaborating with partners to ensure active participation and input.*SharePoint Management: Oversee the training site on SharePoint, ensuring content is current, accessible, and consistently promoted.Key Skills and Experience: We’re looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of change management and project management principles; Hands-on experience in these areas is essential.*Experience in Training: You should have a proven track record in creating and delivering training materials, especially in the context of IT systems or technology adoption.*Vendor Management Systems: Knowledge of Beeline or similar systems (e.g., vendor management tools) is advantageous but not essential.*Services Procurement Programs: Experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) or contractor services procurement programs is beneficial but not a requirement.*Understanding of SoW: Familiarity with Statement of Work (SoW) documents is highly beneficialKey Attributes: *Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements, especially in large, multinational organisations.*Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders—this role will require you to navigate complex relationships and manage competing demands.*Network Building: Tenacity and the ability to build relationships across teams, even when working remotely.*Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills—you must be able to deliver clear, concise messages, both in writing and verbally, and engage stakeholders effectively.*Multitasking: Ability to manage a diverse workload while prioritising key deliverables.*Pragmatism: Flexible, results-oriented, and able to find practical solutions in complex situations.*Remote Work Comfort: The role will be predominantly remote, with a team based across Europe and the US.*Sense of Humor: Ability to stay positive and find humour even when challenges ariseIf you are a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a global organisation, we want to hear from youDE&IWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
