Inventory Shift Manager

Location: Surrey, CR3


Monday to Friday

Rotating 4-week schedule:

06:00 - 14:00

14:00 - 22:00

Enjoy variety in your schedule, with weekends off

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum


Role Overview:

Are you a driven leader with a passion for managing inventory? Join our clients dynamic team in Surrey as their Inventory Shift Manager.


In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee stock control processes, ensure inventory accuracy and lead a team to support smooth warehouse operations. Our client values innovation and growth


As an Inventory Shift Manager, day to day duties :

  • Oversee and optimize stock control processes to maintain seamless inventory operations

  • Ensure accurate and timely stock availability, preventing supply chain disruptions

  • Analyze demand patterns to strategically manage stock levels

  • Manage the Bonded Goods in Transit process from PW to GGH and back

  • Train and mentor team members on stock management procedures

  • Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies, ensuring efficiency


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience as an Inventory Manager or Supervisory experience

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Experience with SKU profiling and bonded goods processes advantageous

  • Familiarity with stock management software
